Process :

Partner : Village Bay Sea Products

Region : Richibucto Village, East New Brunswick

Farming method : Suspension

The Village Bay oysters are farmed using the most advanced floating bags system. The suspension process will result in a regular shaped oyster, remarkably clean. Combined to the rich and cold clearwaters of the Bedec Bay, this method provides unequalled balanced saline taste, as well as exceptional texture and plumpness.

The Village Bay oyster is easy to open since its upper shell is thicker. On the other hand, the lower shell is very thin, allowing a precise and effortless opening.

Harvested year-round, even through the ice of the frozen Bedec Bay, Village Bay oysters are packed with great care to maintain maximum freshness and to ensure perfect cleanness.
